We have been in the real estate brokerage business for more than 40 years.
For a "typical" pre-purchase
home inspection, we charge $350.
It could be more or less according to the wishes of the customer.
We also offer pre-listing
inspections so you will not be surprised at the last minute
when you are expecting to close your sale.
The price for this service will vary according to your wishes.
In one respect we deviate from
the training that most home inspectors receive.
We do not leave you hanging and alone.
We offer an opinion of each negative item that we may find and rate it as to
importance
and safety. Most home inspectors simply announce a defect and leave
everyone wondering,
which causes many closings to be delayed and/or fail to close. They are
simply "gone"
from the scene and everyone else has to deal with the problem. That causes
high anxiety among all concerned,
including the buyer, the seller, the title
company, the finance company,
buying and selling agents etc.
We stay with you as long as necessary to help you through the fix-up process.
Since we also operate
a very successful full service real estate business, we know what it's like to
see
a customer left alone while everything is falling apart around you.
